If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them.
1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Return Process
To start a return, contact us at wooflustore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we’ll send you instructions and a prepaid return label.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that bank processing times may vary.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and place a new order for the replacement.
